To add a Glyph to a piece of armor, weapon, or jewelry, right-click on the specific item you wish to improve if playing on PC/Mac.

To apply a glyph, a player use the glyph, which automatically opens the spellbook. The ability or spell related to the glyph will light up, allowing the glyph to be applied. Once a glyph has been applied, it will show with a purple arrow in the upper right corner.
How do I make weapon damage glyphs in eso?
Glyphs of Weapon Damage are created by using an Okori rune and an Additive Potency rune. They can be applied to any weapon of equal or greater level, and will increase your Weapon and Spell Damage for 5 seconds after attacking.
How do enchants work eso?
Enchanting an item destroys the glyph in the process, and is irreversible. In ESO, an enchanted item cannot be disenchanted for enchanting materials, or to learn an enchantment. Glyphs must be deconstructed using an Enchanting table, to extract materials to craft new glyphs.
